ADAM KALLICK

PRINCIPAL
Having served in a variety of business, corporate, and public affairs roles over the years, Kallick founded Sycamore Group in 2021 with a relationship-driven approach to government affairs and strategic consulting.
His prior experience includes working in government affairs for a Fortune 500 company, where he managed legislative and regulatory issues across multiple states and coordinated the efforts of numerous contract lobbyists and external partners.
Throughout his career, he has developed a strong passion for sound public policy, effective advocacy, and building meaningful long-term relationships.
In addition to his professional experience, he has managed and advised a number of legislative and local campaigns throughout Indiana, helping candidates navigate political and policy environments.
His experience working alongside elected officials, business leaders, associations, and community stakeholders has helped him build an extensive statewide network of trusted relationships.

Today, Sycamore Group serves a diverse client base representing industries including healthcare, education, energy, regulated industries, construction, design & engineering, and numerous other sectors. Kallick’s broad network and relationship-focused approach allow Sycamore Group to effectively advocate for clients while helping navigate the legislative, regulatory, and public policy landscape.
GRACE MCGUIRE

DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS
Grace was born and raised on the south side of Indianapolis and brings a strong background in government, public affairs, and political experience through her experience at both the Indiana Statehouse and the Indiana Republican Party.
​
Grace previously served in the Senate Secretary’s Office at the Statehouse, gaining firsthand experience with the legislative process and worked closely with legislators, staff, and a variety of stakeholders. Most recently, she served as Executive Assistant to the Indiana Republican Party Chair.
​
In addition to her professional experience, Grace has volunteered and assisted on numerous political campaigns over the years. Her background in both government and politics has helped her develop a broad network of relationships and a strong understanding of Indiana’s political landscape.

Grace brings her experience and relationship-focused approach to her role at Sycamore Group and looks forward to continuing to build strong connections for the clients she serves.
